Our History

2003

Solo

Minerva Consulting was founded in 2003 as a vision of partner Ashley Elsey. With one client in her pocket, she hung her digital shingle by virtually consulting for a real estate firm in Richardson, Texas.

2004

Sister Act

A year later, Ashley brought in partner and sister Jesse Ihde to join the venture. Together they grew a book of business and made roots as a boutique firm in Dallas.

2010

Two-Part Harmony

In 2010, Ashley took a leave from Minerva to serve as VP of Marketing and Communications for the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Jesse continued to manage the firm with a focus in production, creative and live events.

2012

Duet

Ashley returned to Minerva in 2012 and in less than two years, the firm quadrupled in size and moved into their current offices in Richardson. Now serving a host of clients, Minerva has grown into a full-service integrated agency offering multiple marketing solutions.

Together,   we represent over 25 years of consulting experience in marketing, communications and live event production. We have served at the highest levels in corporate America and the nonprofit community, working directly with world leaders, CEO’s and entrepreneurs.

Our team works to bring a mix of creativity, business acumen and relentless execution to every client. We want a long term relationship with each client who we hope will see us an extension of their corporate family.

Our sweet spot is aligning strategy with creativity. We care. A lot. It’s who we are. We want to know your story and we want to help you share it with the people that matter.
